Terms of Service

First version of the terms that govern access to Hidriver during the beta launch phase.

Effective date

These terms apply as of May 3, 2026, to the Hidriver website, beta admin surfaces, and WhatsApp-based recommendation service operated by USA PRIME ELITE LLC.

Service

Hidriver provides nearby recommendations based on user-submitted location, weather context, places, events, and stated preferences. The initial beta markets are Orlando, Tampa, and Daytona Beach.

Recommendations

Recommendations are informational and may include mocked or third-party data during beta. Users should verify hours, prices, availability, and safety before visiting any place or event.

WhatsApp use and messaging rules

Users start requests through WhatsApp by sending messages or sharing a location. Hidriver may ask for a fresh location when the current request cannot be answered from the message. Where Meta or WhatsApp require approved templates, business verification, or platform-specific messaging restrictions, those platform rules also apply to the service.

Customer consent and opt-out

Hidriver is intended for customer-initiated or otherwise consent-based messaging. Users may stop messaging at any time, and Hidriver seeks to respect clear opt-out requests or requests to stop contact.

Acceptable use

Users may not use the service to test abuse, scrape data, interfere with operations, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access to internal systems. USA PRIME ELITE LLC may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, users, and platform integrity.

Availability and changes

Beta features may change, be limited, or be removed without notice. Coverage areas, provider availability, rankings, and message flows may evolve as the product is refined.
